The invitation of Jesus to his disciples was"Come, follow me." His programme was, "Do what I do." and not "Do what I say" as many of today's leaders behave. Although he is God, he walked and worked with those he was to serve; he even co-opted fellow sorkers, collaborators, to assist him in fulfilling his mission. He did not approach his mission with one of monopolism. His leadership style was not one of long distance which would have kept his fellowers and associates far from him
